Mr. Mohammed has 25+ years of practising as a lawyer; Mr. Mohamed served in the capacity of legal advisor to several major companies in Sudan for more than a decade.
Mr. Mohammed was determined by then to focus on the criminal field and to deal with cases of infringement and criminal possession, the press and publications, homicide, child issues (rape – homicide – entrapment – kidnapping) and all issues related to Consumer Protection laws.
Mr. Mohammed is also an expert in drafting and notarizing documents, letters and official statements for commercial registration purposes, embassies and diplomatic missions’ requirements.
Mr. Mohammed is a qualified lawyer in employment, land and property laws, inheritance cases and debt collection.
