Mr. Eldirdiri is one of the prominent Sudanese lawyers. A bilingually qualified legal practitioner with expertise in corporate counseling, arbitration and ADR. Graduated from the Law School at the University of Khartoum in 2011, upon which Ahmed received premium legal training at Dr. Abdul'rahman Khalifa's law office for a period of two consecutive years before joining one of the Sudanese finest consultancy companies, Kenana Engineering & Technical Services Co. where Ahmed enrolled as in-house counsel in 2013. Then he moved to the state of Qatar to join Ghada M. Darwish Law Firm as an associate where he developed exceptional experience in Civil Law practice. Upon his return from Doha, he assumed the role of a managing associate at the Sudanese Commercial Law Office (SCLO) in Khartoum's branch, and later left the post to initiate his own practice. Being skilled in both common and civil laws, Ahmed has drafted, reviewed and advised on massive and complex transactions across the GCC and Africa. His expertise lies in corporate commercial law and the contracts field with high-end diligence on risk assessments and costs minimization. He is a construction / infrastructure specialist with keen ability to provide timely advice to clients and meeting deadlines in quick-turnaround events. He represented clients in multiple arbitral proceedings in Sudan and abroad.
Ms. Duaa Abdelnour
Founder - Associate
(Associate/Founder) - Ms. Duaa Abdelnour provides legal advice on commercial disputes alongside drafting and negotiating contracts. she also provides advice on policies and laws related to the private sector development and non-governmental organizations registered in the Republic of Sudan. She also has experience in corporate banking and financing related to energy sector projects (oil/gas) and mining. Ms. Duaa Co-founded DirNour&Co. Law Firm.
Ms. Hazar has experience in several fields, including registration of Companies - Business Names - Commercial Agencies and other matters related to commercial registrations. Hazar also enjoys remarkable litigation skills in Civil, Criminal and Sharia laws. For instance, she handles rents, land registrations, financial claims, partnership and corporate disputes, divorce, alimony, inheritance, fraud, forgery, property ownership and intellectual property just to name a few. Ms. Hazar also advises in everything related to labor and residence laws for foreigners and other logistical matters for employers & employees.
Ms. Maisa provides legal consultations in the areas of Intellectual Property and contracts practice areas, and has the skills of legal research, drafting legal opinions and due diligence reports. The experiences and being fully bilingual, qualified Ms. Maisa to follow the work of our clients with optimum proficiency.
With over twenty years of practicing as a lawyer, Mr. Mohamed served in a capacity of legal advisor to several major companies in Sudan for more than a decade. Mr. Mohammed was determined by then to focus on the criminal field and to deal with cases of infringement and criminal possession, the press and publications, homicide, child issues (rape – homicide - entrapment - kidnapping) and everything related to Consumer Protection laws. Mr. Mohammed also advises on drafting and notarizing documents, letters and official statements for commercial registration purposes, embassies and diplomatic missions requirements.
